For safety reasons relating to soil cleanliness and health we are unable to accept any returns once an Opus Grows package has left our warehouse in Oregon.

In the unlikely event that your potting soil package arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving ​it and we will send a replacement free of charge​.

If you're not seeing results within the first 7 - 10 days of planting or repotting, we recommend that you give it another week or so and closely follow the directions for use. It can take a little while for the root systems of your potted plants to
​establish a healthy structure and start producing the desired results.
